garden courtyard friendly staff nice toiletries cold front desk tiny room inept person
i enjoyed the garden courtyard. it was a charming spot to sit and eat breakfast. the staff were friendly and offered great service. there were nice toiletries provided, I really appreciated the chocolates in the room.
the front desk felt cold. they seemed rude and unfriendly. my room felt tiny, i had to repeatedly ask for amenities. the check-out process felt ridiculous because of the inept front desk person.

a mixed experience
cramped room street noise
the staff were friendly.
The room was small. There was barely enough space to move around. the bathroom was equally cramped, with limited counter space. also, the noise from the nearby street at night made it difficult to sleep!

Really good Boutique Experience

The hotel features a beautiful design, which feels quintessentially Parisian. The staff was lovely, and the central location allowed easy access to many attractions. I appreciated the restaurant, as it has a garden interior and offers delicious meals.
The room lighting could be improved. It was a little dark.

The staff are very friendly, smiley and professional. I was always greeted warmly! The hotel also surprised my friend with a special treat for her birthday, a very nice touch I thought.

excellent stay near the metro
staff friendliness room decor metro proximity
i got a room upgrade. the staff was friendly and cute. i really liked the decor and the room's scent upon arrival. the inclusion of an adapter and nice bath products added to the experience. the bed was very comfortable (best sleep i've had in a while!). the hotel's proximity to the metro was very convenient.
the hotel rooms do not have enough space to store luggage, it was a struggle to keep the room tidy.

the hotel sits close to the metro station (trains 8 & 9), it makes travel very easy. many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. it is easy to get whatever you need.

the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with requests. the front desk treated me like family (very thoughtful). the room service was efficient and prompt.

the hotel has a ground level conservatory area for the bar and restaurant. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the bar on the rooftop has a good vibe.
